I've been going to Aspire Dental for a few years for my cleanings, and the experience is always excellent. The hygienists are friendly, thorough, and make every visit comfortable. Dr. Kawamoto is amazing - professional, caring, and highly skilled. I recently had multiple implants placed, and the entire process was much easier than I expected. Dr. Kawamoto and the rest of the staff are fantastic as well. I highly recommend Aspire Dental for anyone looking for exceptional dental care in Irvine!

Aspire Dental is the place to go for all work on your teeth. Darcy is the best and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. I went in for cleaning and to fill cavities. The whole team was so efficient and attentive and to top it off, extremely friendly. I have set up reoccurring cleanings moving forward and can’t wait for the next visit. If you’re looking for a new dentist, look no further! This place is the best.

Dr. Kawamoto and the team are always friendly, professional, and make every visit easy. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve been in. The office is efficient, the care is excellent, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Kawamoto to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I expected a lot more for what this place cost but I guess that was my mistake. I booked a simple cleaning and the hygenist kept hitting my gums with the tool hard enough to make me wince, when I asked her to be careful she much ignored me. The dentist barely said two words to me, just poked around and left before I could even ask about the sensitivty Ive been having on one side. The front desk lady tried to get me to sign up for an extra fluoride treatment I didnt ask for and got weirdly pushy when I declined. WORST part is I had to WAIT 25 minutes past my appointment time while they shuffled people around in teh back, no apology or anything. not coming back here.

I have been going to Aspire Dental for a few times and had such a great experience every time! From the moment I walked in, Doreen at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. She made the check-in process smooth and easy. Irene, the dental hygienist, did an amazing job — she was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my cleaning. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I had a molar extracted by Dr. Kawamoto, and I was honestly nervous going in, but the procedure was quick and surprisingly painless. Dr. Kawamoto was professional, efficient, and reassuring the entire time. Her assistant, Sarah, was also wonderful — very informative and helpful while assisting Dr. Kawamoto. She made sure I understood the aftercare instructions and answered all my questions. Overall, such a positive experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care!
